>In partnership with Rutgers University, the NJCTS Cell & DNA Sharing Repository was established in 2007 as a sharing resource of clinical and genetic data.
>In 2011, the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) recognized the NJCTS Cell & DNA Sharing Repository as an important federal research asset and funded its expansion. This led the Rutgers/NJCTS partnership to establish the Tourette International Collaborative Genetics (TIC Genetics) study.
>In collaboration with Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP), the TS Clinic was established as the nation’s first university-based, stand-alone teaching practicum and clinic for the psychological evaluation and cognitive-behavioral treatment of TS.
