Speaker: Dr. Hui S. Jiang earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in School Psychology from Rutgers University and Master’s degrees in Early Childhood, Special Education, and Bilingual Education from Columbia University. She is a dedicated school psychologist with expertise in learning difficulties, behavior challenges, developmental disabilities, giftedness, and special education. She founded the 3E Center to provide critical support for families with exceptional children from diverse cultural backgrounds.
