What if they have a disorder or disability? How do you maintain a loving and healthy relationship with your significant other when every roadmap you had been given is no longer relevant? How do you still make time for one another, support one another, communicate with one another, and maintain that love when it feels like everything around you is crumbling? Gayle Novack Forman, LCSW, ACSW, MSW, is an experienced psychotherapist that works with marital issues, Tourette Syndrome child advocacy, relationship issues, OCD, ADHD, family conflict, and anxiety to name a few. Forman worked in an out-patient setting at a local hospital for 10 years, gaining an enormous amount of experience working with individuals, couples, and children. She feels that therapy is a partnership and the give and take between client and therapist is of the utmost importance. She has also raised a son with Tourette Syndrome.
