Been a lazy summer. We are trying to get into an apartment, but since I’m staying with my mom right now, they’ve cut Corey’s Supplemental Security Income (SSI) by $240. Talk about aggravation! We need to have our own place by the start of the school year!
Corey is doing well, though — a lot more relaxed than he was in Bolivar, and there’s a jump-start program at the school that might give him a chance to make friends and give me a chance to gauge how well he will slide back into the public forum if possible. Wish us luck and keep on ticcin!
