are there any laws passed to help kids in the school system get the right accomodations the kids with tourettes and ocd & adhd? I cant get school to budge! fought like heck to get 504, but needs a IEP and school says study hall teacher will help and work with him. Tests scores he gets Fs on in all subjects, and can they make a kid with these didorders take summer school to bring up the grade he failed in the school year? A person who has this is a disability to me? kids need there summer off, espescially from being stressed all thru the whole school year. Any answers out there?
