The New Jersey Center for Tourette Syndrome (“NJCTS”) shares your concerns about the privacy of personal information collected on the internet. We will collect information that you provide to us, such as information you provide us through email, registering for a program, making a donation, ordering a product, posting or making submissions on our Websites or completing a form. We use this information to respond to your request or question, and may also use it to contact you about other NJCTS activities, programs, events, membership, fundraising opportunities, products or other information related to our organization that may interest you. If you do not want NJCTS to use your information in this way, you may notify us to remove you from our list by emailing us at standwiththegreats@njcts.org or info@njcts.org. If you do not opt out, your permission is deemed to be granted.

NJCTS strives to keep all names, addresses, and all other personal information collected by us or supplied to us confidential. We do not share this information with any third party except as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy. We may share the information that we gather about you with (a) third parties who assist us in operating our websites, conducting services or providing services to you, (b) an entity that acquires or merges with us or any of our Websites either by acquisition, merger, stock sale or by operation of law; or (c) to comply with the law, enforce our policies or to protect ours’ or others rights, property or safety.
