NJCTS Global TS Parent Summit

Saturday, February 27
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This is a wonderful opportunity for parents of children, teens, and young adults with Tourette Syndrome to connect and share experiences. Whether your child is newly diagnosed or has been on this journey for a while, this is your chance to ask questions about supporting them through high school, college, and beyond, as well as gain a community of parents who can relate to your struggles–and your successes!

Session 1:
How to Effectively Communicate With Your Care Team
It is often difficult to know what to say to doctors, teachers and family to elicit the guidance and support you need. Please join several of our NJCTS families as they share their experiences navigating this communication circle.

Session 2:
The Art of Letting Go: How to Successfully Transition Through Life Stages
Whether your child is beginning high school, college, or taking their first steps into the world beyond school, it can be a challenging experience for many reasons. Please join some of our NJCTS families for an inside look at their journey through these important transitions.

Each panel discussion will be followed by breakout sessions for further discussion and to network.
